Important Information

LOCATION: Victoria Park is just north of St. George Street in Moncton, N.B. and is bordered by Weldon, Cameron, John and Park Streets.

DATES: The dates for this year’s 3-day event are August 9 Friday, (2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.), August 10 Saturday, (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and August 11 Sunday, (10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Please note: no refunds will be issued after July 1st.

BOOTH APPLICATION: Booth space will be given out as registrations are received and includes the provision of a table and chair. We cannot guarantee the exact locations, but we will do our best to accommodate specific requests. Every effort will be made to honour requests from participants applying for last years same location if the registration form is received before April 30.

A limited number of covered booths are available to those requesting them. Please specify the type of covered booth on the registration form. We suggest that you book early as they are reserved on a first come first served basis. We recommend that all artisans make arrangements to protect their booth in the event of inclement weather.

FEES: Booths: $200.00  / Covered booth(s) with sides @ $400.00 ($425.00 after May 1) / Electricity: $35.00. All prices include HST.

  • BOOTH SPACE:The booth space will consist of approximately a 10 ft. frontage space and a 10 ft. depth. Due to the nature of the park, this size may vary slightly, depending on the location of the booth. All artisans are responsible for purchasing an additional booth should their display exceed this space allocation. Encroachment on the space of other exhibitors WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

    A letter of confirmation will be sent out to registered craftspeople in June which will indicate the approximate location of your booth and other relevant information.

    2 passes are included with your booth registration. Additional passes are available at 6.00$ each.

    The organizing committee reserves the right to disallow any applicants. We ask that your work be handmade and of high quality. The sale of imported items and/or retail craft supplies is strictly prohibited. First time participating craftspeople and artist must submit a sample or photo of their work. This is done in an effort to ensure we maintain a quality Fair. Artisans are encouraged to be creative in planning their displays as prizes will be awarded for the best booths.

    The City of Moncton, Bob Lee Productions, and/or Speed Sport Promotions Inc. & their agents will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen articles. The exhibitor agrees to indemnity to hold harmless the City of Moncton, Bob Lee Productions, and/or Speed Sport Promotions Inc. & their agents for all damages, costs, and / or claims or expenses arising from the exhibitors use of the area.
